Sakura tries to stop Sasuke, but she couldn't. Tsunade gets that info and send a team of genins lead by Shikamaru to bring him back. Lee's operation will be sucessful. The sound four(Orochimaru's subordinates) give a drug to Sasuke to forcefully activate 2nd stage and seal him in a container to prevent his death. At this time they face some Konoha ninjas and defeat them.
Shikamaru will choose Naruto, Chouji, Neji and kiba-akamaru for this mission. They attack the sound four in many ways. Each time one will hold one of sound 4 to help others. Everyone fight to their best to save Sasuke. Neji and Chouji defeat their opponents and get severely damaged. Naruto finally gets the container containing Sasuke with the help of Shikamaru and kib. But suddenly Kimimaro appears and takes the container.
While Naruto is fighting Kimimaro, Sasuke comes out of the container and leaves. Lee suddenly appears and fights Kimimaro. He unknowingly drinks Tsunade's sake instead of his medicine and gets exited, as he is a natural drunken fist.
